Join us for this magical afternoon of music and friendship on the amazing campus of the Nakashima studios. The star attraction this year is the Formosa Quartet, recent 1st prize winners of the London String Quartet Competition. They will play the Mozart String Quartet #23 K590 and the String Quartet Op 10 by Claude Debussy. Read all about them at www.formosaquartet.com. Jon Klibonoff – piano, Maria Bachmann, Carmit Zori – violin Gala Dinner and Musicale Join us Friday evening before our January concert for a remarkable performance of Stravinsky’s L’Histoire du Soldat narrated by WWFM host Glenn Smith and played by Todd Palmer – clarinet, Marc Goldberg - bassoon The setting is the elegant concert barn at Cradle Valley Farm, one of Bucks County's most beautiful homes. The evening will begin with hors d'oeuvres and cocktails followed by music, and then a gourmet dinner. Tickets for this very special event are $150 and help support the regular 3 concert season of Concordia Chamber Players.
